Hi,

i use the shared hosting service from alibabahost. I have 2 websites (adult content) running on my shared hosting, but somteimes if i want to visit my websites they're not loading. The website loads and loads but not showing anything. Should i upgrade to VPS? Or should I move to another hoster?

Have you tried asking your host to have a look at the problem and let you know what can be done to fix it? If you're hitting resource limits, they'll probably tell you whether a move to a VPS would solve it.

There are two possibilities here 1) Your web hosting company is having issues with their shared hosting server 2) Your website is using too many server resources.

I would suggest contacting your web hosting provider to see if there are any server issues before changing web hosts.

If a hosting company doesn't provide reliable shared hosting, don't expect their other services to be more reliable ;)

It's may be occured for your vps provider also may for shared server. As far I know shared made such kind of problem. And so I use Dedicated surver and it's really no issues from the starting for my offshore seo vps. You should contact with your provider and they should come to fix the issue.

Are your sites popular? That can cause problems like that. The most likely issue is your host.

Can you look at the error log to see whats going on - perhaps that may help. I know you can see the last 300 errors or something via cPanel if you current host uses that.

Its hard to find hosting who will host your xx sites. Better try to resolve the problem.

Did you try contacting their support yet? If yes, what did they say?

There are many reasons for this kind of issue. As you have mentioned, sometime times you have loading issue. Hence, I suggest you to first contact your hosting provider and request them to look into the issue. Since sometimes server overloading might be the reason for this kind of issue. Also, there are many websites, where you can take the online website site test and check the loading time of your sites. And if results are not up to mark you can send that detail to your hosting provider as a proof.
