not monetized videos

i just uploaded some videos, they were monetized by default but after a while i got this grey exclamation icon instead of the green $ when i highlight it it says "not monetized click to provide proof"

The videos i uploaded were ripped from other youtube videos but they don't have any copyrights claims

Try to delete and reupload them again.
