Well thats not the argument now, is it. I think anyone with some common sense will say she's guilty, and assuming she is, the jury still made the right decision in saying Not Guilty.

Vivid entertainment offered her a role in porn. But I think that was really an attempt to bring free media attention to them,just like when Ashley Madison offered Tiger Woods $5 million in sponsorship.
I think the case was complete bull shit so don't get me wrong on that part. It is very fucked up but do you watch the news? Unfortunately this is a drop in the bucket compared to what is going on in some countries.
I didn't notice anything that said if it she was given time served concurrent with her sentence or not. Didn't look hard either as the entire situation is enough to piss me off.

The prosecutions case was pretty poor, no real hard evidence, no confession, no witnesses AND they went for the death sentence.
All they had was a theory with some very very loose circumstantial evidence backing up parts of it. Sure she did it but all they showed was that she lied she that she killed her.

I had no idea he was a cop..he most likely did have something to do with it because evidence doesn't just disappear...
What I dont get is that if it was an accident than what was the need for all the lies? that her dad molested her, the nanny, the call, the mom saying that she was the one that looked up chloroform, ect...
& I certainly cannot wrap my head around her partying right after the "accident".. you have to be a really sick person, or even a monster to do that..how the f*ck do you go out and celebrate after your childs death...just for that I was hoping they put in needle in the bitch.

People do different things to try to make themselves feel better after something bad happens,for Casey Anthony that was partying. It had nothing to due with whether she was guilty or innocent.
