NOt Guilty! BS!

"Epic Fail To The American Justice System"

Unfuckingbelievable!

What a joke!!

OJ all over again!

We don't have a justice system, we have a legal system. The prosecutor tried charges that he should have known better than trying to make it stick. He is a publicity seeking grandstanding turd.

It is very difficult to prove capital murder, but if had pulled his head out of his butt and tried her on something not quite so flashy, more than likely he could have pulled it off.

Felony murder perhaps? Involuntary manslaughter with a child abuse enhancement is still life in prison.

He went for a televised high profile political career making case, and lost.

Sad that the little girl is dead, and now no one will ever pay for it.

Blame the mother for killing her, blame that insufferable prck for pandering to his own ambition instead of the needs of the law.

the only thing we know about this case is whatever the media used to hook us in; which, if history repeats itself is probably b.s.

nearly every month since dna became admissable, dozens of 30-to-lifers have been released who were PROVEN guilty before a jury - many on death row. people who lost their entire youth to a faulty justice system, presumably by jurors of the same mentality of those in this thread.

i'm not saying the bitch is innocent or guilty, im saying we don't know the evidence presented (which is never presented by mainstream media). the "entire" video that played in courtroom for the rodney king case, was never (and still has never) been played on television. we only saw the edits that were intended to enrage us. remember how after 9/11 we all bought into saddam hussein using saudis to attack us in order to undermine our "alliance".

can we just stop pretending we know shit we dont and agree on the fact that the bitch is ugly.

heres a link to a hot bitch in case you forgot what one looks like:

As sad as this is, we're blackhatters people! How can we bank from this?

want the truth??

she Chloroformed the kid so the child would sleep all night long when she couldnt find a baby sitter, so she could go clubin and dancing.

over did it one night, called dad first. he being the ex-cop/ detective and having knowledge where chloroform could not be detected after 30 days
told her to hide the body for 30 days. and to keep her mouth shut. dont say a word to know one and to live her life like normal

so she rode around with the childs body in the trunk till it started to stink from decomp. then bagged her up and disposed of it like trash.

they should all be convicted of a crime the whole lot of them.

but since our system is flawed she walks.

wonder what she will do first when she gets out on thursday? go get a drink and laugh if off.

It's not a real story. And if people didn't think she was hot then nobody would have ever touched this story in the national media. Either she's guilty or she's not. Innocent until proven guilty is the law of the land and the evidence was crap so the verdict was just.

Anyone hear about the human trafficking here in the US going on every day? Now that's a story...

Quoted For Truth

I agree totally. Everyone seems to think since they"THINK" she is guilty that's what the verdict should be.

If anyone watched the trail, please tell me one piece of evidence they had on her linking her to MURDER or Child Abuse? That's right there wasn't any.

Again, Quoted For Truth

Well its extremely hard to convict someone for the death penalty. The jurors realize that for the rest of their lives, they would have to live with the fact that they sent someone to death. So the prosecutors needed to prove without any reasonable doubt, and the defense did a good job planting a seed of doubt. The prosecutors didn't have a strong case for motive and any evidence they had, was contested enough to place doubt.

I followed the case as much as I could, and to be honest there was 200 hours of testimony and unless you were at the trial, the jurors definitely knew something we didn't. It was clear CNN wanted to convict her, and Nancy Grace decided she was guilty before she was even arrested. Tne one thing I am certain of, is I hate Nancy Grace.

I don't know if she is actually guilty, but that family has some serious issues.

Once more, Quoted For Truth. I never liked Nancy Grace, but I definitely started to HATE her. What right does she have to decide someone's fate like that? It's non of anyone's business to decide her fate but the Jury, and I based on the situation they made the right decision. IN YOUR FACE NANCY GRACE!

She was found not guilty by a jury of her peers. Why is that BS? Were you in the courtroom? Did you hear all of the evidence? Didn't think so.

You have no right to pass judgement unless you were there.

More truth! I totally agree.

This is what I'm talking about. Who says she was murdered? How do you know? Did the autopsy prove that she was murdered?

?A man only becomes wise when he begins to calculate the approximate depth of his ignorance.?

True. For all we know she could have really drowned in the pool, and for reasons unknown, it wasn't called in until 1 month later. How it moved to the woods im not sure, but the jury knows more than I do, and they are the decision makers.

in the US, you are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. in this case, the prosecution failed to prove the case. prosecution couldn't establish cause of death. prosecution couldn't establish motivation for murder. there wasn't even DNA evidence to help their case. in the end, the prosecution couldn't prove their case which is why she was found not guilty.

they should not have tried a death penalty case with so much circumstantial evidence.
]

Yes I agree 100%, but remember they tried her for 1st degree, manslaughter, and child abuse, and she was not guilty of all 3 of those.

Wow awesome theory. I think you are actually 100% right. This sounds so plausible... and isn't it strange that not even her parents called the cops after 31 days? I mean, aren't they concerned for their granddaughter? Unless it was exactly how you stated it.

I would like to close with this wonderful quote:

Douchebag.

Anyway, if she killed her she will be judged accordingly by God when her time comes. If she didn't kill her then justice was served properly. What has gotten lost in all of this is the fact that a beautiful little girl is dead. The rest of it is fodder for everyone else to ponder. Just say a little prayer for Caylee tonight and let it go.

Let's buy some EMD related to the story and make some money quickly :P. Stop watching CNN, back to Blackaht

guys, im starting to really believe you guys really think she's hot. will all the people that think she's hot tell us where there from so i'll know not to go there. yes, shes fuckable, but shes not hot!

They failed to provide anything beyond weak circumstantial evidence.

They didn't even prove that a murder had actually occurred.

Excuse me but what?

Weak circumstantial evidence, really?

Don't know what planet your from but I would hardly call the circumstantial evidence weak.

Casey googled how do you make chloroform? Traces of chloroform, along with the pungent odor of human decomposition, were discovered in Casey's car trunk.

Casey googled how do you break a neck?

Casey googled how can you use household items as weapons?

I'm sorry but that coupled with the facts that the death was in fact ruled a homicide and the way she lied to police and her actions after her child went, "missing" is hardly, "weak" circumstantial evidence.

IMO the D.A. really dropped the ball by seeking the death penalty.

Having a verdict of not guilty handed down is completely different from being innocent.

i see what you're saying, but from a legal aspect i doubt anybody would want to be convicted from google searches. anybody could have done those searches.....mother, father, brother, or casey. while somebody googled how do you break a neck and how to use use household items as a weapon...but the prosecution failed to show a cause of death...

they couldn't really show real motive for casey to kill caley....it was casey's parents who were caring for the little girl. prosecutors couldn't even present evidence that the little girl was being abused or neglected.

Casey was known to be a pathological liar...even before the death of her daughter....the entire family's dysfunctional.... so for all we know, they were all in on it...kinda like a JonBenet Ramsey case.

The reason why the defense won is because they admitted that the girl died, but that the death was accidental and not intentional....the prosecution failed to disprove that claim.

a not guilty verdict was brought down because prosecution failed big. they relied on the court of public opinion via tabloid journalism to pass guilty verdict....you have to prove your case beyond a reasonable doubt and just having somebody like nancy grace says somebody's guilty isn't enough.....

Thank you, Tonlilaz.

You summed it up much better than I could have.

Well, here are my thoughts about this:

She was found not guilty by a jury. Unless the jurors had an average IQ of 70, then it shows that the evidence presented by the prosecution was not sufficient to establish deliberate murder without a reasonable doubt. What really happened? Only Casey Anthony can truly know.

There are a few scenarios:

She killed her daughter deliberately and then enlisted the help of family members to cover it up.

Her daughter accidentally drowned. She panicked, thinking she would be accused of murder or negligence and then tried to dump the body.

Her daughter was making too much noise and she used chloroform, accidentally killing her. She then tried to avoid manslaughter charges by dumping the body.

Now for those who are saying "why did she dump the body if she drowned by accident"?
There are a few explanations. Many people (and based on my observations, ESPECIALLY young women) may react in an irrational manner to a stressful situation. She may have gotten paranoid that the cops would charge her with murder or neglect and then tried to make it look like her daughter "disappeared".
Or maybe her friends/family told her to dump the body in order to remove any suspicion from her. Who knows...

For those who are saying "why did she go party when her daughter is missing! how evil of her!". There is an explanation for this:

Many people, when faced with something traumatic, will do everything possible to occupy their time in another manner so they can become happy and forget about what they are feeling. Some turn to partying, others to sex, drugs, gambling, some will even go as far as join cults to try to forget what happened.

I have seen something similar about a decade ago with two young women. One saw a close friend commit suicide. The other accidentally killed someone with her car. Both tried to forget what happened by going out to party almost every single day. They said that being alone and not doing anything would make them feel depressed and angry with themselves, even though what happened was not their fault.

Is she hot?

Well, from what I saw... she's fuckable... ok, she just looks "good"... but I don't think she is "top world class super model" material.

you know, i wouldn't put it past the father TO BE involved some how....he is an ex cop and probably knows how to dispose of evidence. idk

Actually, do to the Sunshine Act yeah, it's possible he/she was, the whole courtroom was streamed live and for the most part, uncut for everyone to see, the evidence was strong for the prosecution. I've followed this story from day one, I don't ever believe a damn thing the media says and never form an opinion from media spin, but this woman IS guilty, legally, maybe not, but in reality she is.
