Using Google trends will give you huge and huge views must. But you need to do right seo.
Youtube video seo will give you benefit for getting huge views.
Google trending topics can also be discoverable by Google adwords tools.

it could be because of too many competitions especially channel with lots of subscribers.

Thanks lets change the video category.
Any channel can work with 2 or 3 category.
Lets try for another keywords or another category.
I did also upload the huge videos but I have a future plan to mark them maximum private which are not getting seo views.
You can private those videos which are not getting seo views.
