Not getting sued for adult pics.

Hey guys , well im going to post some adult pictures on my site.

They are not my pictures, i havent taken them nor do i own them.
They were taken off another site. They are not professional pics more like an Ex gf type of pic. Amatuer. hosting is anon. Same with domain..

How can i cover myself just incase this girl ie from russia finds out that i have her pictures. ALTHOUGH her xbf has already subbmitted them to another site before hand, ive saved them and uploaded them to my server...

I dont have a TOS? should i have one? I expect these pics to go viral.

i doubt some girl from russia is going to find it, in any case don't directly host it, have user's submission host it, how bad are these pictures?

i have heard that the copywrite laws a not the same for adult content but i dont know the specifics.. good luck
