Not getting results from Google ads, what am I doing wrong?

So I started a campaign targeting keywords like "digital marketing agency" and few longtail ones to bring down the cost. I am targeting australia and my average cpc is around 8$.

Started my ads last month and have had around 100 clicks so far buy only 2 contact forms and 2 check your seo score forms filled.

2 contact form for 800$ seems quite alot, my landing pages are good with CTA at top, whatsapp chat option, contact forms and check your seo score form i have good quality score and my ads are shown in the first 4 results.

But why am i not getting more contact forms or clients?

Check the keywords search terms for your account. Probably, most of the incoming searches are unrelated to your business.
Adding negative keywords or using more strict match types may help in your case.

All my searches are relevant as I use phrase match and I never use broad match without BMM. Had 4-5 irrelevant clicks and those are in negatives now.

Mate, read up on this subject before you burn more money. You have to target and optimize to the tee for a positive ROI. Are you using any tracker?

You need to add hell loads of kws and target broad match.

Let the campaign running for 7 days then start optimizing it.

Also, if you're not adding negative kws you're burning shit tons of money.

So keep on adding negative keywords.

Thanks for the input but I never run broad match if I do it I make sure to add broad match modifiers but I am getting clicks on relevant search results so I don't think that is the issue

Jumping from one agency to an other one, or selecting a new agency when you don't have one yet, is not something that a normal business does impulsively. Put yourself in the potential customer's shoes, take a step back and figure out whether your ad copy / landing page fits the bill.
Then, "digital marketing agency" can cover quite a few topics so perhaps you need to refine your keywords, and tailor your landing page according to each of these topics.
Social media, PPC search, display, SEO.

Other points:
1. Your landing page should include a simple optin form so you can email users with articles like: "how to select a marketing agency" "how to work with a marketing agency".
2. You have companies switching agencies and those hiring a new one - do you differentiate your ads/copy/landing page?
3. Targeting - inmarket/affinity - are you advertising to the right audience?
4. Local or not?
5. Age / demographics? are you going after the right people?
6. Are you running a retargeting campaign too?

If you want to be on the safe side, spend less and get better quality prospects, you should run a display campaign to build up an intent audience, get people to optin, then retarget them on both search and display with more relevant ads/copy.

yet, now that you have already gathered some audience, you can perhaps advertise a case study - i.e. How John Doe bakery increased sales with a real marketing plan!!

I might be totally wrong, but i think you expect too much, too quickly, without giving enough to the prospect.

@Stackz is there a need to use a tracker if you can track engagements / conversions with Google Analytics?

Results are not guaranteed on any advertising network.

We don't know what your landing page or offer looks like so there's literally no way to help. There are a shit ton of reasons why ads may not be converting so study your landing pages well.

Also, pause the ads for now till you figure out what's wrong to prevent burning more cash. $8 per click means spending big $$$ at the end of the day.
