I think my video is high quality. Good motion graphics topic and voice over but I can't find a good traffic method for views.

My niche is about marketing so all the forums and reddit seem to block anything related to my niche making it much harder to grow.

What should i do? Change niche or is there a trick i can use to boost views?

Well your channel is only a few days old and you only have one video so you can't expect the YT algo to start suggesting your video from day one. You need to upload consistently (like maybe 2 - 3 times a week) and after a while you should get the ball rolling. Your video does seem good quality and once you'll be able to monetize this niche should give you a nice CPM. Until then you can earn by recommending products as I see you're already doing. So yeah, I'd stay with that niche and keep pumping out videos.

Similar thing happened to me...views stay still for a few days, and all of the suddend like 50 more. So you are sure that this is the way to go? Sorry for maybe asking stupid questions, but my motivation is low, because I am not sure about how exactly this works. After how many likes should I expect YT to to start suggesting more and more, and after how much time could I expect first profit (I know it's 1000 subscribers and certain period of time of having my videos been watched), but I am looking for the first stable profit...

I don't think likes has to do much with having YT suggest your videos. I mean it's an important metric but a lot more is taken into consideration like retention, click through rate, etc. I don't think that anyone has the success recipe. All you can do is be consistent with your posts, make engaging content that your subscribers enjoy and with a bit of luck (because IMO you also need luck) one of your video will start getting suggested, process which will drive traffic to your other videos also. Time that takes to reach the monetization threshold depends a lot on your niche I guess, some type of videos get a lot of views and bring subs quicker than other and in OP's niche which is marketing I think it's one of those that take longer but in the end it's worth the patience and effort.

You can purchase views better still so people will be willing to view your post once they see you already have a good number of views
