Not getting Backlink from Ezine

Hey guyz,

I wrote an article, very unique article. Article niche is completely related to my website niche.
I checked whether its already there, but its very unique.
The article has more than 800 words.

It was accepted and published by ezine.
3 weeks hence, Google, yahoo or bing doesn't give a f###ing backlink to my website.


Will it take some time?

When it comes to link-building, there are way less time consuming ways to go than article marketing.

Also, if you are using sites like yahoo site explorer and such, they are very slow to update and/or they never take into account all backlinks.

Another piece of advice, rather than write an 800 word article, why not create 2 400 word articles?

The article is alreay indexed in google.
It was indexed in 1 day, the article was published.

I noticed that, so many websites are not getting backlinks, even though the articles are old.

Guyz, anyone experienced this?
How long does it take to get a back link, I want to know this from people who already have them.

Isn't EZA nofollow now? That said it should still show up in YSE.

NO its ********.

I did some research.
I opened some articles which had good page rank, i browsed down and took the article publishers website and checked whether it has got any backlink.
But some of the has not got any backlinks.

I agree with the previous poster. Ezinearticles is no follow for their internal links to pages such as privacy policy, report this article etc. however, for the articles itself they all are do follow.

You may want to try back link checker it usually lists more sites in Yahoo explore.

If you put your link in the article body it will be nofollow, If you put it in the resource box ********.

As for why nothing is showing, just because it isnt showing in YSE doesnt mean you're not getting credit for it.

Sometimes it takes a while for google to show the link. Don't worry about it if you added the link properly, just keep adding more.

i think the great part of ezine is there are many many webmaster are using ezine as their source
then you will not get only one backlink but it's number will be increased over time (if your article is not too niche)

i had published a lot of articles on EZA... but i never seen a backlink since... can you guys confirm this if ezinearticles is indeed a do follow?
