Not getting Adsense money from Youtube?

Hello, so i recently started a new youtube channel and it got like 4000 real hits on a video but i got 0$ earnings? what am i doing wrong?

Have you approved with adsense when you got gmail? Else Go to Youtube account settings and click on the Monetization tab.

got the same.. have the hits and clicks on youtuben and Adsense but no Money .... strange... did they change agian something ?
