not gaining followers

hey, my Instagram account has 5K followers and I'm stuck - I didn't gain any followers for the past month
but I still get likes (around 3% - 6% engagement)

I post every day / every 2 days

My method was using Jarvee for follow / unfollow but I stopped.

Any tips to keep growing? thanks.
