[NOT EXACTLY A RANT] GSA SER is the devil!!

Hey guys,

Though this is not a ranting thread, i can def say that gsa ser is the devil, why??

Well, simply because for most people, this beast is their way to succeed in seo. Obviously it is not the only tool they use, but its probably the most important tool in their arsenal.

And then, there are people in my position, that cant rank a simple site in uncompetitive niches or on very long tail KWs. I mean, the only thing that ive ranked (and by ranking i mean in any position in 1st page), is a 2009 1pager blog without any backlinks or onpage seo.

Idk whats wrong, but probably gsa ser doesnt like what i do and therefore these results. I mean, my goal is $100/day but after 2-3 months of hard work and not seeing any decent results its really descouraging and frustrating as hell.

Ive tried ranking yt videos on Google and YouTube, tried ranking sites on ppd niches, whitehat sites on cpa whitehat offers, tried churn and burn method on many bloggers (which none succceeded), ive tried tier link building without any succcess, even after trying copy-paste gsa ser campaign blueprints.

Ohh man, idk what to think guys, i mean, i even tried ranking without the use of gsa ser on very long tail kws but not even there i can succeed.

Many people tell me that its onpage seo or link creation velocity, and believe me or not, ive tried fast oink building in 1 site and slow/scheduled tier link building on another, and none have succeeded...

I say that GSA SER is the devil because for some people it works wonders and for others is like just trashing money down the drain...

What do you think i should do, guys? Comments? Suggestions?

That's because all the links gsa ser creates are on the list of disavowed links that google knows.. shelve your gsa ser like i did and start using blog networks and you'll be ranking in no time..

I have to disagree with this ideea. The software itself has power compared to others but it all depends on you how to put it to work.

Most people belive seo software ranks your site just by pressing Start ; thats not the case ...because you need to add your personal twist to everything.

i've had fair success with gsa, i'd say 2 things - 1st mix gsa links with others (i use sape, manual stuff) & find the best gsa settings and use crap load of different anchors

If you only use GSA in your link building then I have no doubt why the sites don't rank. In 2-3 months doing the work with GSA you can create 300 - 500 links with web 2.0, boost them with tier links and create some more social bookmarks, social signals, etc. The most important point for ranking long tail keywords and zero competitive keywords is, do you choose your keywords wisely?

How is your keyword research? This is the backbone of a successful campaign.

You might be posting to shit sites , use gscraper / scrapebox or ser's built-in scraper to scrape links , filter the shit ones . And also post manually to the highest quality sites in the scraped list , blast gsa to the rest. Quite time consuming but with this you can rank for easy-med keywords (MOz comp <35 %) .

What you use for tier 1? What for tier 2,3? You scrape own lists or you buy them? You scrape targets with gsa or for example scrape with gscraper and than import lists to gsa?

You need to farm your own sites for it to post to.

All the ones that is ships with have been spammed to death, build your own targets and you'll see an improvement.

Also, make sure to be smart on building your campaigns.

For kw research i use many tools to see if they are worth a shot with decentt searches.

I know gsa ser is only a tool and not the ultimate ranking software.

I make sure that i dont post to shitty sites using ser settings and other things.

For my tier1, ive tried several things on different sites:

A) only manual backlinks
B) only gsa ser
C) both

And none have succeeded :L

@tom: ive tried both, getting sites from SEs (the normal way gsa ser works) and posting to scraped urls without any success.

And even on my tiered link building attempts ive tried sth very similar to what you posted, without results.

Then again, idk what i am doing wrong guys :/

Maybe gsa ser and G conspired against me

That sounds great man, but i dont have that much money to test, as my sites just dont earn a cent bro :/

I would have done that months ago.

Is your sites atleast get into top 100 or not? if not, then check whether it get into top 1000. If not, probably your sites get penalized. In that case, there is no use of running the campaigns again and again.

If you done proper on-page optimization with regular content update, your site will surely get into top 500 results or atleast 1000 result, then after start the link building.

It isn't the tool but the user, obviously you will not get results if you don't know how to use it properly and what to use it for.

If I'm not mistaken I just saw you purchased it a week ago or so (from the thread, coupon thing or payment, I believe..)

And GSA is far from the main tool in any SEOs arsenal..

Are you using it in the right way? Because everyone will use the software differently. Are you using good quality rticles for your first tier ensuring you are only building links on good quality sites. Then building more tiered links etc?

@alternatesword: usually the highest i rank is page 5. Even on very long tails.
@whitepassion: lol i bought it on july 1st or so. And yes, ive read a lot about it, and supposedly with what i am doing, i should see decent results. And yes, ive heard about people only using gsa ser to rank.

@Execute: ive tried both, onpy manual backlinks and only using ser to post articles as well as other platforms. Every article is uniquely done and all manual backlinks are hq and readable.
