Not dependable writers

I am so pissed and frustrated right now.
I hired few writers from GAF to do writing and re-writing.Few of them commited and never delivered. It pisses me off how they made a deal to deliver and how easily failed. One of those ass clowns was half-decent. She set the price .I agreed .After two articles (were paid) I haven't heard from her. What a joke.

I keep on looking though.

Then some folks from india ligned up for some articles that didn't even sound like american (nor british english) . What a pitty.
Then some of them offer 7.50/article that has about the same quality as the ones at 1/per.

WTF!?

If you are interested, I can write articles for you on any niche as I have been been into this field for the past 2 years. Let me know if you want to 'have a look' at my previous work.

Sucks for you. Just have to keep trying. Out of the 2 I hired last round, one of them has been giving a steady supply of 5 good articles per day, and the other was using software to rewrite articles (which became obvious after I paid for 4 articles).

You just have to use the law of numbers and keep trying.

You should practice screening people before hiring them. Don't just hire them because they say they are competent enough to take on the work. You could chat with them a bit, just to see how fluent they are with English, and also to see if their writing standard is up to scratch.

When hiring for a rewriting job, have them send you a rewritten paragraph of no less than 100 words. The original should also be submitted along as well, so you can compare both to see if such persons are capable of doing the work at the standard which you demand.

There are many people here inside and outside BHW who can provide quality work for a fraction of the price that these not-so-reliable article writers are charging.

I think it would help if you can check out a sample article they've written. That should give you some insight as to how qualified they are to work with you.

I am sorry you had to deal with unreliable writers. It is a shame when they sound so good at first and actually have talent, but don't deliver.
