U need a good hybrid deal for example 50% net rev share and 100€ cpa and a good starting budget at the start u will lose money but in few months u will start make huge profit and it will be more and more

Yea google ads ppc for casinos is expensive but when ur running it for quite a while u will make profit !

If you are capable of analyzing search intent for the gambling products in a given geo than it would be really easy for you to find a product to go with...
