Not allowed to post in JV? Minimum reqs have been met

For some reason I am not able to post in JVs even though I have met the minimums. It says I have to comply with BHW agreement.. whatever that means. I have accepted the terms and conditions so I have no idea what its talking about. Can anyone help me out?

Down the bottom of the page, there is a little box which you need to tick. These are the T&C's

It doesnt give me that option... frustrating

The Agreement is definitely there, scroll up a little bit so you see the options etc.

I think you have already gone too far in here, before submitting the thread you have to click to agree at you are not asking any money etc. This you find on the "Post new thread" screen.
