Not able to post here

I dont know if this is the right place to write this but every time im trying to reply to someone i get this alert saying im using words im not allowed to use..
it takes me forever to find out what specific word is giving me this pop up.
HELP

i know but isnt there a way that can point me or highlight what im doing wrong??
