I had a domain in one account. When I try to login, it sends a verification code to email used for registration. But I do not get any code on mail. The email provider is mail.ru. How to solve this ?

Your only option now is the Namecheap Support. I have lost tons of stuff relying on mail.ru accounts.

those emails get banned for no reason! I have lost most of the emails on mail.ru

Contact Namecheap support over Live chat and provide them your verification details manually. That should get you access to the account.
