Not able to connect FB page to Instagram

Hello everyone, recently I landed my new job in real estate and they have multiple account for different projects.

When I tried to connect one of their Instagram account to FB page it say, business portfolio is restricted and please review. I am not getting any way to resolve it, please guide me if anyone face similar issue and hit the solution.

Check to be sure you have the correct permissions for both within the BM. You need to be an admin for full access.

Your business account is restricted. You need to use the account resistance method. If not, you must replace it with another business.
 
There is no error connecting FB and IG at the moment, please check if your settings are correct, or if your Fanpage is restricted, please change it.
 
Because your account is restricted or you have not been granted access to both. Please go to settings to check
 
Please check your business account with the site to see if there are any restrictions. If it is locked, please try a new change for the better.

It happens when your setting on FB and Insta don’t be the same, so it’s conflict and Meta can’t understand what you want
 
When Facebook shows a message like “Business Portfolio is restricted and please review,” it typically means there are some issues with the permissions, account status, or violations that have caused the restrictions.
 
you will need to appeal that or request a review for some reason they block it, check no one else have access or maybe the previous person who had access did some nasty things before quitting his job :anyway: or someoneelse got access anyway request a review.
 
double check your business account to see if you still have granted access. It might have been restricted
 
OP use YouTube to get a step by step instructions on how to do this because it seems like you're not familiar with Instagram. Or just contact Facebook support.
 
u should review access permissions for both the pages and confirm whether there are any restrictions imposed on these 2 accounts
 
Sign in to Business Manager and check for specific notifications about restrictions, see if your Facebook and Instagram accounts are verified, and check permissions. If that doesn't work, please contact Facebook support and ask them to resolve the issue for you.
 
Your business account is limited, you can create another business

It is a permissions problem. Check your permissions.

check your setting, could be about a post you made or region blocked
 
Check for app updates and verify your account permissions. If issues persist, try using a different browser or device to rule out any technical glitches

Check your settings and manage rights of you in all platforms
 
U check the access and connection of the 2 platforms, the status may not be consistent
