I haven't been able to get on BHW for weeks. my norton anti virus is flagging BHW with an intrusion detection. I've tried different computers too. I'm writing this on my iPhone. I evenused to have to have trouble with this too, but I finally got though tonight. Anybody else having this problem?

Norton sucks! Try getting Avast or Avira. For spyware, get Malwarebytes' anti-malware. It's one of my favorite anti spyware apps.

If you're using Norton, you probably not knowledgeable enough to use BHW anyway.

I don't want to hear anyone say something stupid like if I use norton I'm not smart enough for bhw world but I've had the same problem to a certain degree. I can log in and get to any page other than the home page. I've had norton for years and have been on here for years and this only recently started acting up.

Slightly off topic, but the *only* good thing to *ever* come out of Norton was "Norton Ghost"
I am talking about Ghost Version 6 and 7 , the rest of nortons software is pure crap. Actually i will even go as far as saying unless you know nortons software 100% inside and you WILL break your computer.
Many is a time when i see people installing some Norton crap, decide they dont like it, remove it and then they get a blue screen or death, or cannot boot at all.
Norton is also serious bloatware too.
Like everyone else says there is much better options out there.
Unlike more people (with a few exceptions) I actually know what i am talking about as i have spent 15 years in technical support, it admin, server admin, network admin and a LOT more.
My own choice if i had to pick would be "Sunbelt" (VIPRE for the antivirus only) and it has a really small footprint too.
Also past experience tells me to get the same anti-virus and firewall off the same vendor, and NOT as one package, but as two seperate packages.
Anyway it is was mentioned earlier it is a false positive.
Simply add an exception into Norton for BHW website.

I agree we have used Norton on our laptops for the last couple of years. Granted there are better solutions but we have never had a problem accessing the main page until a couple of weeks ago.
Over the last few days Norton has been blocking all of BHW
We were able to correct some of the problem but we still can't see the main page.

I think the question is then, why the false positive? What is causing the false positive?
