We've had posts removed before for the mysterious e-commerce violation, but nothing like this. This was a regular post for a watch that we have.
When I went to the account status section, the post said "reviewed" right away, as if someone had requested for it to be reviewed. There was no way to appeal it like in the past, so we submitted a request through the Help section with a screenshot (which we know no one will look at).
Any thoughts on why this post was removed and any ideas how to appeal this or prevent this from happening going forward? IG has become a shit show.
I'm beginning to wonder if competitors are not mass reporting some of our posts to bring our page down. We got two smaller "side" pages taken down at the same time back in November 2020.
