Normal for Tube Increaser to F*ck Internet?

Is it normal for your internet to cut out often when using Tube Increaser?

I dont know if its my isp (they said nothings wrong), but whenever I use Tube Increaser my internet fucks up for like 5 minutes then goes back online for another 5-10 minutes then fucks up again..

My settings are: delay: 0 threads: 28 timeout: 30
and I uploaded a decent proxy list.

It depends on the isp/bandwith I guees.
With my 16Mbit connection I can run up to 80 threads per comp. (2 instances of TI) without any problems.
By running more threads than that, my connection also gets screwed.
A reconnect is fixing this problem instantly for me.

Btw, I get the best results with this settings:
Delay: 1-2
Timeout: 12

well this is very weird becuz I also have a 16 MB connection. I was using your proxy list yesterday and was getting 100s of views per minutes with only one program! Now I can't even run 2 and get a 4th as many . Must be my damn isp or sumthing...

Don't worry, It slows down/doesn't work for me when I use it too, I only use it at night, or I'll turn it on while I play Wii or go on my netbook, etc...

I have a dedicated server for using it, and private proxies, hehe. I once got my account suspended because I forgot to put a delay, and in 2-4 hours, I got 127,000 views, then it stopped because the account and video was removed.
