Nordic dating site

Hi Everyone!

Im looking to start renting a existing chatt site, its towards the Nordic market.

I have one associate that owns the server, he also has a programmer to keep things running smooth on the page. Another friend that is involved at my end is good with the marketing.

Im kind of new to all of this, only have experience with the daily drift of chatting and building profils pretty much.

Advice from more experienced people feel very important at this point, what is highest priority for me learn more about and to become better at? What would be the "magic recipe" to ensure success for launching a site like this?

As this get bumped I want to add that im not sure about the current server option, would it be smarter to start from scratch?

There is no magic recipe that will ensure you anything You just have to start and learn from your mistakes while running it. Just make sure it's functional, user friendly and secure, marketing will be a very big part of it.

Well my advice is to start from start. this way you have all control, but this takes some time also. Maybe some guys here can give there advice.

Marketing includes social media and SEO

Well I would do alot of all social media. yes twitter and SEO and anywhere you can be seen. Videouploads gives traffic.
