Have any of you guy's tried nootropics ? if so how did you feel after .

My reason for asking is sometimes my brain is a little foggy and tired and i lose my focus , would these help ?

I used Modafinil for a while to get rid of afternoon sleepiness (you know that laziness that comes after a heavy lunch). It helped to stay focused, but had some side effects. There is no alternative to training your mind and taking deliberate action.

What are the side effects to Modafinil ?
Your right It’s the late afternoon that my mind starts to wonder , I go to the gym in the mornings 3/4 times a week that helps.

Have you tried any others ?

I wanted to try Joe Rogan's Alfa Brain that he used to sell back in the day.

I had a friend that did it. Smart dude, was/is a programmer. He said it did help him focus but I don't think it's better than Adderall.
