This is a pretty noop question. Network EPC is the Earnings Per Click of a certain offer network wide (the combined EPC of every affiliate running that offer) when you convert an offer a pixel is fired.

Thanks for the reply, I first think that but do some google and find this:
"EPC=average Cost Per 100 Click"

Per your reply above, for exampls, i have an offer "Net work EPC = 0.5". does that means when I put the banner in my website and get 0.5 USD for 1 click on that banner?

Second question, is it ok when I leave the field "Callback Pixel/URL" blank? because actually, I did not understand it much.

Thanks,

I am not sure I can explain the EPC any better than I did. Perhaps re-read my post. the network wide EPC on any offer HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT YOU MAKE......ITS WHAT EVERY AFFILIATE RUNNING THAT OFFER MAKES PER CLICK TOTAL......what you get is the offer PAYOUT

Do nothing with the callback/pixel first figure out common terminology and basic concepts :)

For the longest time I always though that the only thing you had to look at was the EPC. I mean Earnings Per Click should be pretty accurate right?

Well, something may have a high EPC, but they never really say where those clicks are coming from. So if someone is having success on FB and you put it on Google, you could find out a little too late.

Sometimes, I think they inflate those numbers just for the companies offering the ads so more people will promote them as well.

Hi all, I have 1 more question, please,

1. What is content lock and content unlock?

2. When an offer say allow Social . does it mean we can put the offer on Social network (such as facebook?)
3. There's often a term like "Neither can be used as SOLO EMAIL ADS." what is it really mean?

//Sorry for too much questions, but hope that you could help ;)

Thanks BHW

1) We're glad to help but as far as the content lock/unlock question...search that exact term or the term "content blocker" with the BHW search feature and you will come up with dozens of threads explaining what a content blocker is and how to set one up successfully.

We don't mind answering questions but since it's already covered in length all over the boards then it comes down to you needing to use the search feature to find all the info you could ever need to a particular question. It's your best friend here at BHW.

2) Yes, it means social network advertising is allowed...ie FB, Twitter, Myspace etc.

3) I personally don't email market but the best person to ask that question to is your affiliate manager at the network you're running with.
