Noob's journey to dominating a niche through SEO (PPD)

I think there aren't enough PPD journeys out there, so let's start another one, shall we ?

A little bit about myself.

I've been in IM (PPD to be more precise) since late february this year, using Cleanfiles and so far I've earned a little over 1000 dollars (with only 30 bucks investment). A pretty decent amount of money considering the fact that the only work I put are a few hours per week. This is the only source of income I got (I'm currently in my second year of college - 20years old), but is nowhere near enough to live the way I want. I want more!
Here is my progress so far, as you can see it's been going upwards since the beggining.

Doing PPD with yt really sucks for me since I cannot rank my videos at all (with some exceptions, keep reading), even tough I do it just like everybody else, sending High Retention views, likes, custom comments.
In late june I found a good niche quite popular in France for some reason, which brought me almost 200 bucks in july and 300 in august from phone submits (usually 15 dollars per download). The niche is not unsaturated, but the competition really sucks and I succesfully managed to rank my video to nr 1 on youtube for a specific keyword.

My goal.

I'm currently afraid of my video getting deleted from yt and I feel I can milk the niche even more, so I decided to build a website from
scratch for that niche and rank it to number 1 on google. There is only 1 problem: I don't have much SEO experience, i know only basic stuff I've read on forums/blogs etc, so this will be quite the challenge for me. But if I manage this I'm sure I will earn at least 1k per month from this niche.
I wont say any details about the niche except this: is about a hack.

What have I done so far regarding the website.

I did some keyword research using google's Keyword Planner and I decided on my main keyword, (I will use it as my domain name too). Average monthly searches in France somewhere around 300 and the competition is medium. I checked the competition on google and the it really sucks from my point of view: on the first page there are a few crappy free forums, a facebook page, some lame vids and a pretty good french multiniche site (this will be my arch enemy ). Other pages have results with free blogs made in a rush, or sites with bad backlinks or even no backlinks at all. I have some ideas on how the site will look and it's contents.

I should say that I have no SEO tools at my disposal and I don't know how to make a site. Only 90dollars stranded on my Paypal account.

My only problems as of now.

I am thinking about using Hostgator as my hoster mostly because of their SiteBuilder. What do you guys think? Some people said that HG deleted their hacks sites, others said that they had no problems with them, so I'm currently stuck. Looking forward to any feedback on this matter.
Also, the site will be in french, and I am not a native french speaker (unfortunately). I will probably use some translators, or some services didn't decided it yet. Anyway, I'm not worying about this too much...

Don't know how much it will take, but I will update this as often as I can with my youtube journey - if anything special happens, I'm very lazy when it comes to uploading videos on yt. And, most importantly of course, with my progress regarding my niche site.

After seeing your replies guys, I went ahead and bought a top level domain (with my keyword in it) and a 6 month hosting. Couldn't afford more because I totally forgot about the 24% vat tax my country has. Currently trying to figure out how all of this works installing wordpress etc...

Update: slowly but steady the site is taking shape. What I did yesterday:
*Installed wordpress - it took me 3 hours, because I installed it in a wrong folder, then I tried to move it, but i deleted the wrong files long story
*Chose a good template. Looks really cool, like a pro landing page. The proof video fits perfectly on the home page. It really pops out.
*Wrote the contents of the site in english and ordered a fiverr gig to translate it in french

Good job. If you didn't know, you can install very easy the wordpress platfrom from cpanel, take a look at fantastico deluxe and you will install it in 2 mins

Unfortunately, I don't think I will even reach last month's earnings mainly because the summer ended (traffic drop) and I wont be uploading any vids in the next days.

Also, regarding the yt journey:I don't want to use youtube on large scale anymore, because the work I have to put in making the vids, landing pages, accounts etc. brings only a few bucks daily. Takes a lot of time and it's not worth it IMO. From now on, the only vids I will be uploading to yt will be targeting french traffic, that's where the dollars are.
The first two days of September have been a complete disaster, no pin submits whatsoever, and the traffic is half of what is was this august. Here are the earnings:

Site update: Got the french text from my translator, and by this time tomorrow I hope I will finish the site. Gonna start soon on creating web 2.0 buffer sites (free blogger, wordpress blogs etc.).

Good luck, I hope you succeed! As a matter of fact, I'm on the same road right now. Almost finished building those web 2.0's and just started writing those articles.

BTW, how are you going to backlink your buffer sites? I haven't figured that one out yet.

I have no ideea, but I am not thinking about it too much right now. Will worry about it later .

Site Update: site is finished. I just started working on those buffer sites which will take me some time, giving the fact that I will write the content in french. Wish I paid more attention to my french teacher in high school...
Will probably make some of the buffer sites in english, but my main site is in french. Will this affect the ranking?

Youtube Update: Earnings in the past days have been better than I expected, with 1-2 pin submits/day from my main french niche. I also have another two vids in two other french niches which brought me 30 bucks till now this month. Those niches are small, not much traffic is coming from them (1-2 clicks a day) but they convert quite good. Also, tried to do some research to find more french niches but in vain...My only solution for yt right now is to translate my other niches in french. Hope it will work out...

Hey guys! I couldn't update my journey because I was busy with some exams. Not much happened in these last 10 days. Downloaded Spinner Chief to spin my 500 word english article about my niche, but eventually I decided it would be easier to do it manually. I rewrote it four more times. So now I have 5x500word articles, which I will use them to make those web 2.0s. Already made two - a blogger and a wordpress. Posted one article on each of them and added some pages like terms of use and contact, to make them look legit for google. I plan to make 5 web 2.0s in english and 5 more in french. About the french ones - I have a 1000 word article, in french ofc, with proper french grammar, and will try to get 5x500 word articles out of it.

I also thought about the backlinking of the web 2.0s, and eventually decided to do it manually. Already made some backlinks (do follow and no follow included) for one web2.0. I know this process will take me a lot of time, because I don't have a lot of experience, but I think it will be worth it.

Earnings from my yt vids have been at a low level these past couple of days, probably because school started. This month so far I made 200 dollars, and I think I will reach 300 by the end of the month, which is pretty decent (it's almost double the minimum wage in my country, after you pay the taxes and all) - given the fact that I did almost nothing regarding youtube. Passive income ftw!

Yeah, not even in my wildest dreams. Yesterday morning I checked my main video, which was bringing allmost all the money, and it was gone. Back to 1-2 dollars per day. I uploaded it again, and tomorrow I will buy a lot of high retention views, send some likes and add ten french comments to it and then lock the comment section. I have no idea when it will rank. fingers croseed.
Even though my morale is at an all time low, not only because of my journey into internet marketing, I still managed to do some work at my web 2.0s plus some SEO. The site is indexed by google, but it's nowhere to be seen on the first 20 pages. Im so angry, because some of the results on those pages have nothing to do with the niche.

I've always been impatient in everything I tried to do. I want instant results with little work or no work even though I know that's impossible. And when I really try to do something I quit for no apparent reason or fail miserably. I must change my mentality and try to be more optimistic... fcuk!

small update: altough my site is nowhere to be seen on search engines, I got 3 visitors the other day, one from Canada and two from Morocco (french speaking countries). Feels good...

another small update. Spent a few hours yesterday building backlinks...

Also saw that I got 16 visitors yesterday! Half of them are bots, but the others are real people from France, Norway and Netherlands! All high paying countries in the PPD bussiness. I'm pretty excited...

Guess what? I was right! Made exactly 300 bucks last month. Disapointing, cuz I had bigger expectations when I started this journey one month ago...

So, two weeks without any updates...What happened during this time?

The site: I bought a seo link building service from the marketplace for my site, I got the report, looks good. I'm using 3 different serp checkers and they all say different results. Serpbook shows only 1 keyword on position 25, micrositemasters says position 19, the free rank checker from whatsmyserp dot com says I'm in top 15 for 3 kws. I don't know what to believe. I'm angry because I had zero visitors on my site for the last two weeks, and I'm starting to worry about the niche, maybe is not popular enough or I've chosen the wrong kws. Gonna wait a few more weeks I guess...

Youtube journey: This month so far, I've only made 1-2 bucks per day. My main money generator niche is driving me crazy! Two hq, unique videos, both with 15k HR views, a lot of likes and comments are on pages 13 and 14! So much fustration...So I decided I need a different aproach for youtube. Time to stop being lazy!

THE PLAN!

I am gonna try to upload as many videos I can in every low competition niche I can find, given the fact that I cannot rank anything even if my life is at stake ). I can manually create as many yt accounts I want so this won't be a problem.
1.Find a niche with low competition
2.Create video
3.Create yt account
4.Upload video with link to my multiniche money blog
5.Add 100 ShareYoutubeVideo credits + some Addmefast likes + custom enhance views comments (then block the comm section)
6.???
7. Profit!

So, this is the 7 steps plan I put together this morning. Simple isn't it? Now, I don't know how much time it will take me to create and upload 10 movies per day (this is my goal), I guess that I'm about to find out, cause I'm starting this right NOW!

Made a crappy estimate for my future earnings: If one video makes me 1 buck a month, then 1000 videos will bring me 1000 dollars per month! Cool, right?

So 1 gazillion videos will bring me, one hundred trillion billion dollars!

My goal is to make 4k euros till 1st of June 2014, which means 5422 dollars, which is something like 27 bucks per day.
I really need 5422 dollars (lol) for some health problems that I really need to take care of. Let's do IT!
