• I've started using a really good project management software, called asana;
• I signed up with analytics and webmaster tools for all of my sites;

1. I finally have a clear list of things I have to do before I can consider my project as 'finished'!
2. I will rewrite some articles (other than those that I already sent); I will post these as simple update posts on my main blog;

• I wrote another long article today, and put it up as the first post.
  
• I tweaked the theme a lot, and customized almost everything; I configured the plugins; one thing I didn't change is the default design, but I kind of think it has something of a neutral look, so even if I would leave it like this, it wouldn't bother anyone.
  
• I have prepared my website for the arrival of the adsense people, when they will review my submission; all that's left to do is post some more articles;
  
• once I reach around 10 articles, I will try to get into adsense; when I get accepted, the quality of my articles will surely drop, as I will probably start using a spinner and a bit of manual review (right now I'm doing 100% manual writing of articles).
  
• I found another niche today, for my next project; it's also an adsense-oriented idea, and it has kind of the same stats, with 2 differences: the main keyword I found today has a bit more competition than this one, but on the other hand, there are more keyphrase expansion possibilities.
• I'm going to try to write at least another article tonigh.
• next thing on my to-do list is to find at least another longtail to target with another 2 or 3 articles. I will do that either today or tomorrow morning...
• ​if I'll feel too tired or I'll want to take a break, I will go onto youtube, and either look for a niche for my YT+cpa adventure, or start looking at AE tutorials and I will try to learn to make an intro, merge videos, cut them, ad audio etc...
