Noobish question about scrapebox comment posting (not getting banned)

I am wondering what sort of precautions I should take if I want to spam comments to a fairly high number of blogs (say at least a few thousand), and not have my site banned by akismet. How many different comments / names / emails should I have? Is there a good program to generate these?

SB comes with inbuilt names and emails generator, you can generate as much as you want. You'll need private proxies for comment posting and don't use shared proxies for this.

Lower the threads when posting to wordpress. When using a large list of wordpress blogs (100k) I turn the threads down to about 10 and let it run overnight. I also have a few different websites I am adding backlinks to so it isn't the same URL over and over again. Trying to mix everything up as much as possible. Your private proxies will be good, just be careful and not get them banned or your success rate to wp blogs will drop.
