If your site is built with Wordpress, the plugin like Yoast will help you. It will automatically do the manual works on SEO optimization.
If you want the instant result for your 1-week site, then submit your sitemap to the Google search console. It will index your site immediately.

Submit it to google it'll take a few days to a week til it appears.
