[Noob] Will I Get Banned

hey guys thanks for taking time to read and answer my question
here it goes
will i get get banned by sending traffic directly to a cpa offer from facebook
meaning if i some how managed to get traffic from facebook which is not incentivized or targeted at all but i want to send it to ipad offer to see if it converted or not , will this result in me getting banned, bear in mind that the offer says no incent

This is my 4th thread with no one bother to reply me
am i doing something wrong or what?
