How to join their referral program? Do I have to purchase subscription to have access? What other similar siites you know that pay to paypal? ANd I don't see any offers for 1$ there. only 3-day trial for 4 bucks

Go down to the footer of the page and click something along the lines of "Webmasters" or "Affiliates".

First off all make sure you dont type something like this;
yoursite.com......make it like this;
yoursite[.]com or yoursite dot com.
Secondly i've had trouble getting comments submited if they have something like this in it <<FREE>>, so just manipulate your comment until it submits and take out anything that looks like it would be spam.

Well that's garbage, I sent them a lot of good traffic they decided not to track. 43 clicks wasted.

Having trouble with Youtube comments sticking. WHen I click submit the comment, it just loads forever (left for like 5 mins) and turns grey. I've tried a comment with the link in std form (blahblah.com) and modified (blahblah dot com). Both get the same response.

Directing mine to the signup page. Unfortunately, I need to figure out how to get ads to stick on youtube. I'm going to start facebook/porntube-type sites later in the week.

I think they can activate your ePassporte account, or don't? You need someone to send you $5, right? When you recive your first payment that sould automatically activate your ePassporte.
