Noob, trying to find my footing.

Joined BHW couple years ago, but life got in the way very quickly. Really trying to put the time/effort in this go round to figure it all out. Of course I have probs right off the bat, such is life. Trying to familiarize myself with WP using InstantWP. Got a theme (Affilio) that can't get to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Been working 76 to 84 hour weeks, so, I come read when I can. Thanks in advance.

ONly an idea, becasue its what Im doing:

If youre looking to make short-term money - ie, swapping out your employment for IM so youre not working 76 hours a week, then consider starting with with YT- PPD

Once - and if - you start earning there, you can reduce your dependence on such long hours and in those freed up hours you can get going with WP based IM

Plenty of good threads here, among which I recommend iLoveCHuckTaylor's journey for the story and MachineLord to learn the mechanics, while you work out how to do it your way

I would start with YouTube. Its a easy way to generate free targeted traffic. Start with a simple website with a content locker promoting cpa or cpd offers. I have a gossip website and a watch tv online web site.
