So I made my site adsense ready its a MNS but I need traffic and im not on google rank yet any ideas.

If you have the budget then get then use an SEO service provider to help get ur site ranked for high traffic keywords in ur niche. If u dont have the budget then start doing some SEO on the site on ur own... first thing is to focus on ur Onsite SEO then after that u can worry about Off site SEO...

So you didn't made plan for it? Or what you were thinking? just making a site adsense ready is quite enough to earn money? Well do something called SEO to bring your site into Google rank on particular keyword so that people come to your website to browse info that you offering. And then they will see the ads showing on your website or if they will got them interesting they will click and you will be start earnings.

if it's new then you will have to wait a little to get roots in google and then you will start getting some traffic from search engines. In this game you have to be patient

Oh cool yeah about the keyword I chose a EMD keyword which has 1900 us local searches per month and 3600 globally and the site has been on for about a day now

Ping it...try pingfarm.com etc.
Register to google webmaster tool and upload the sitemap.xml

Make a few backlinks - like blog comments or profile forum links on hihg PR domains -> ping the URLs with your backlinks a few time.

You site should be somewhere in SERP.

Can you show what kind of competition do you face ? A MS or traffic travis screenshot of top 10 competition would be great.
