Noob Questions

Been signed up here and reading all the great info people are sharing and would like to say thank you to all. I got approved to one cpa but haven't had much luck on a couple I have applied recently. Well my question is do CPA networks ban you for using your link in a forum signature? How can I send traffic from a site like craigs and not have a network figure this out? I am ready to start implementing some of the good stuff I have been reading on here. IF anybody likes mentoring and benefits from helping someone out please let me know.
