Noob questions about 2.0 blogs

So I bought a software yesterday that creates blogs on free platforms and makes it easy to drip feed articles. I have some noob-questions:

I use google translate to get english articles in my language, do some manual editing and run it thru a unique content check.

I run a forum for people suffering from hair loss, I rank good on a lot of long tail keywords but not "hair loss" (in my language). My goal is to build up a couple of good blogs to try to get better ranking.

1) what % of unique content should be my minimum to post?
2) is the free blogging platforms any good for this purpose at all?
3) how many links to my forum should I put in a 500 word article? and should the first articles be without any links at all?
4) should I also link to high authority web sites from the posts?
5) should I get any social signals for the blog posts?
6) what % of the anchor text should be "hair loss"?
7) are there some blog services that is better than others when it comes to ranking in google?
8) if i get 500 articles, how many blogs should they be split on?

I know this was a lot of questions, but Im fairly new to SEO and there is so much information and so many opinions.. I appreciate all help

7) are there some blog services that is better than others when it comes to ranking in google? - Depends on your requirement.
8) if i get 500 articles, how many blogs should they be split on? - As many you can but focus on quality sites only.

switch it up, use "click here" or "buy keyword" do not use your main kw to much, use some long tail ones.

of course, you just need to do product comparison on the different services offered. I got sick of doing research so I just picked one randomly

i would put 100 articles per blog
