Hi there. I'm new to IM and black hat techniques, so please bear with me. I need to get regional IP addresses so could any of you kind people recommend some sotware that is affordable and easy to use? I need it to build myself a few Google Places Listings and keep under the radar.

first off welcome to the forum. Its a fantastic place and the Search button here is your friend, use it as much as you can.

I do not know too much about what your trying to do but sounds like you should purchase a private proxy which is located within your country. I think some private proxy companies also go further and list the town / state that the ip is located.

Then go from there

Hi there! thank you for your welcome. Well, what I really need is some software that will let me appear to be in a certain area rather than the one i am actualy in. I don't just want the proxies, i would be greatful if you know of any actaual software that allows you to do this easily, if that makes sense, lol :)
 
This sounds like IP addresses you need - or Proxies...

You can buy regional ones from loads of places.. Look here mainly -

They are really ff expensive so your sites need to be really really really worth the effort - more info, helps us help more.

Very expensive thing - and no such software does this.

Thanks for starting this thread Julie, I've been wondering the same thing and for daily Craigslist posting. Do you folks recommend something like the 20 USA HTTP Proxy List/Day for doing something like this? (Found on the proxylist website)
