Noob question

Hi, I am just new to CPA marketing. fed up with seo, backlinking work. To be honest, even after having 3 years of experience in SEO, I have just come to know about CPA success. DON'T LAUGH

I want to register on neverblue and maxbounty but they need a website which I don't have. So I want list of websites like neverblue,maxbounty who pay per signups, surveys, email optins etc but have no website requirements.

I have just registered with strongerads but I need list of more big companies like neverblue but also there should be no requirements for website.
