[Noob question] How botting IG/FB/Twitter can be profitable when proxies are so expensive?

I'm currently trying to learn more about proxies and social media automation but what i still can't understand is how botting can be profitable?

Residential proxies are so expensive and you are paying monthly for them. So and in case of account ban this proxy is useless cos IP is marked now and we need to buy a new proxy?

depends if you sell products with high profits it profitable if not cover cost its not

3$ a proxy, ive seen better and worse. its usually 1/3 accs per proxy.
