Do i have to create the email accounts on the proxy too or can i just make them on my regular home ip?

you can make on your home ip but when your verify the instagram account you need to login by proxy because the email will redirect to instagram directly after clicking the link

You can generate as many e-mails as you desire with any IP. It won't leave any footprint on Instagram.

However, as stated above, when you have to verify the email address you'll need to make sure that you're using the appropriate proxies.
