Noob Question About Listing Limit on Ebay ( which is sucks )

i have an account on ebay since 2008, got suspended once because i was caught selling feedbacks, and got lifted after i prove them my ids,

but now i can only live list 5 items maximum which is sucks.. badly,

i called their support but no answer yet.. should i start it all over and create another accounts?

any answer from your experiences will be appreciated
