I am about to start my first niche site after a long research & reading and I have a very IMPORTANT question.

I finally chose a keyword and I am not sure I should go with this keyword.
The keyword is 4-words long and I bought the domain that is 'exact match' to the keyword.

The search results about my keyword from Google keyword planner is:
Average monthly search : appx 250
    Competition: Low
    Suggested Bid : appx $25

    From keywordrevealer:
    Keyword Difficulty: 17
    Estimated Profit: $70

To the members and VIPs here in BHW, should I go with the keyword? or is the average monthly search too small?
Please share your knowledge and guide me to some money making online.

This is the best advice you'll receive in this thread. If you don't chose to follow it, well then it's your loss.

Find 19 more keywords that you can build 19 more niche sites about and work on all 20 of them. 1 is not good enough to start with. The average monthly search on this one is too low but it doesn't matter. Competition is low too so maybe you'll be able a few bucks from it. Which is more than most people make in this business. But the experience is worth more than what you'll make from it.

Find 19 more sites and work on them along with this one. Maybe work 3-5 sites at the same site until you're finished then start with the next group of sites.
