Noob question about interlinking

Hi guys,
i bet this is a noob question... But may i ask. If i put in one article of my wordpress, a table of content pluggin that links to all content h2, h3, etc of the article. It counts as interlinking for seo pruposes?

I'm not sure about this but you can see this as an one-page navigation. You also have some benefits with showing in the serps, like the 'jump to..' heads which got shown

You should understand what interlinking means.

For google EACH page is technically an independent page with its own "ranking rating". So for example, if you link from your powerful homepage a new article you have created in /abc route, this means for google, that you think that /abc is more powerful in terms of interest that /def that is not linked from the home

But if you link a page with itself (regardless of using internal labels) you are essentially saying to Google: this page thinks this page is important...

It's like saying to others that you are hilarious. Who is going to believe your own opinion about this subjective matter?

For money pages you CAN use some internal links but try to use less as possible. Use them if they're relevant. Your money page should receive more juice than it gives away.

Just see it as user experience improvement, not for SEO purposes.
