I know that there are tons of threads here about everyone's tactics and so on. That is the whole reason I now have scrapebox and sick submitter and know everything I already know.

But to be honest, outside of gigs on fiverr, I have no clue where to get started. I am currently working on a small site for installing wordpress and seo but really, I know everyone and their mom has that kind of site also, so I am kind of second guessing myself here.

I read awesome stuff here all the time, how people say they only used scrapebox and tactics learned here to create $100 a day after only six months of hard work. And I am inspired by BHW members.

Yet, I am barely learning about footprints, harvesting and commenting.

I think what I am getting at here is does anyone know of some threads that go in order to getting started?

I mean seriously, I create backlinks daily using sick submitter for $4 a gig and that is getting old quick, especially since it is a huge 15 day wait for $4

Hell, I think I am sounding stupid just asking.. I already know if I read every single thread in BHW I would learn where to go with this.

And I know that nobody would just hand someone else a blueprint, especially not for free. lol

So if there is anyone here who would give me at least a heads up I would appreciate it. I have 12 - 15 hours a day to do hard work. I just want to create a good extra income online.

First read every sticky thread in all sections of this forum. And get some pdf files about basic seo and blogging. This is how I started my IM career.

I'm a noob too. I just picked one tactic I read about on here, researched it more, and I'm in the process of giving it try.

I think what a lot of people go through is, you come on here and you read 15 different ways people are making money. You pick something but then 2 days later you're back on the threads and you read about another way... Then you ponder that, etc etc... It's a cycle that never ends. In the end you never actually do anything because you're constantly finding new things to try and you never really start or complete any of them.

So my noob advice is, pick something and stick with it. Thats what I'm doing...

I'm new too, but the recurring themes seem to be focus focus focus. :) In your shoes, not doing the gigs on fivrr but setting up my sites. I know personally I need to spend less time reading BHW, and more time building my sites :)

Thanks for the reassurance guys. I know a little bit about everything and it really is hard to really be able to do just one thing. Especially when I am not making any money. haha

So I went from designing worpdress themes (which became tedious) to helping my brother write articles for people here (which he just gave up on this last week) to doing the backlinks (which I should be doing on a site myself) and now I am thinking of running with the offline idea of obtaining clients by creating as website for pennies and then actually making the money in SEO and hosting commissions from bluehost or hostgator.

I saw that one... I also saw something about Facebook profile build outs... Buy a template someplace and just tweak it to your clients needs... I can't remember the whole idea behind... I should have saved it...

Yes, you definitely need to focus. Don't be distracted by every new tool and strategy that comes along. Define a strategy that you think is going to work for you, and refine and improve it until you have something that makes money, and which you can scale up.

Yeah, I can really see how jumping around spreading yourself too thin is just counter productive. So when I started this thread I was kind of iffy about things.

So, now I have a plan thanks to everyone's comments here and some reading since I posted this.

    Steps
Develop my web design and SEO site to the best of my ability.
Develop 4 more sites (2 clickbank, 2 CPA) which I am researching now
    Use the following backlink plan:
Use scrapebox to create comment backlinks for at least one site per day
Use Sick Submitter to schedule profiles to create at least 100 profile, directory, rss, bookmarking, and article directory backlinks for each site per day (so a total of 500 + backlinks).

I will go ahead and use this thread to show progress each week with my analytics and other reports so that I can not only record it, but get suggestions and also see if it helps others as well, because to be honest, that is what this forum is for, to help others, even though we are not walking each other around by the hand.

Stick with Wordpress for your websites and visit the download section on here. There are a ton of templates that people are giving away for landers, squeeze pages and mini sites.
