if you need myspace/twitter/facebook account managers you can find them in the downloads section or the social marketing section. do a search for what exactly you're looking for (you can do an advanced search and look in a specific section), be it a "friend adder" which might have some functionality you're looking for.
as far as blogs are concerned, look into autoblogs in the bloggin section for automatic posting/content submission.
with forums i don't do anything with as of yet. but like i said just use the search bar.. if it's doable, it's here somewhere. dig through this forums' subdivisions on the topics you're lookin for. also, if you want posting done on a forum or blog or whatever you can hire someone to do it either here through the buy/sell services section or well.. anyplace online like elance or GAF or whatever to do posts for you and such.
