Sorry for the noob question, still getting to grips with all this.

Are blackhat methods used for a temporary high rank on google? I don't understand how people can build like 500 backlinks in a day and not get penalised for it.

Is it just a case of, make as much profit before Google sandbox your website? Or am I missing something :o

the main goal is to get rankings without getting penalized. So its a fine line to walk.
go too fast and your site gets penalized or deindexed and you're back to square one. For temporary niches (product launches, seasonal items, etc) go fast, get ranked, make money, who cares what happens to it, then do it again next season. but for sustained niches walk the fine line and try to stay indexed etc
 
I'm fine with gettin few k backlinks a day. Google likes to eat such amounts when you know how to cook it ; D

New here. What is a good way to auto generate links. I found this place looking for a wordpress commenter. The product I want to sell is a wordpress theme.
 
Good ways are pricey. You always pay for quality. When you have no money to invest -> do it manually.
 
I have some money to invest. Just new to the tricks. I am tired of doing it manually
