Noob need help with monetizing, organising and maintaining a STUDENT forum

Hi all I created a student forum for a university of which am a student there.... The school website is kinda wacky with obsolete student info.. My Intentions * Stuff the smf with load of freebies *useful trendy info about the school, this wont b difficult since am a student there. *Create a chat room *monetize with google AdsenseWhat i av achieved*smf Created*content are being added everyday *trendy news posted alreadywhat am unable 2do*chat room*more monetizing options since its a 3rd world environment*how do i work with moderator.... What else do i need to know, i need your Professional advice before go for publicity. Thanks i await your responses
