noob looking for anwsers

OK just found this site and instantly after reading a few threads I thought, way more people with phones worldwide than desktops. And what does everyone do but download and play games!? So I thought make a app review blog, use and review apps and get paid per download or install. I thought ogmobi did this but apparently it is used as like a locking gateway to other content, aka free torrent downloads, etc. Off your website? Am I wrong or what?

Someone point me in the right direction to making a few bucks per day
