So, I want to make my computer anonymous... I have a French Proxy + Port. But how do I use it? On chrome I use LAN Settings> Proxy Server. But it doesn't seem to work! HELP! Are there any programs etc to change my ip or proxy?

Our http://www.eliteproxyswitcher.com/ eliteproxyswitcher.com can set the proxy for your browser (IE, Chrome or Firefox) easily by just a double clicking on the proxy.

This covers the browser, but is there a way to move all network traffic through proxy?
