    Blackhat,
I had a site that I let the hosting expire. Ultimately, I recreated the site using "G" Sites. The goal for the site and eventually multiple sites is for them to be Adsense sites. Does anyone have an issue or know of any issues with using the free site hosting and templates found with big G? Aside from creating adsense sites and flipping them, is there anything that could go wrong; say for instance issues with backlinking (greatest fear)? Do you think big G ranks their hosted sites above all others? I'm reading the Ebook provided by Fat Cat. I'm using the free edition of Traffic Travis and the Trial version of AMR. I know that I will purchase AMR, Market Samurai and some of the other suggested tools. I will also take advantage of Fiverr, actually I did purchase some backlinks from Fiverr a couple days ago. I digress. The main question is, is there any significant worry that I should have by using the free sites and hosting provided by Big G?

    Thanx So Much!

I think you run into the same issues with this as you would on Blogger or any other "free site" solution...the content essentially isn't yours and can get shut down at any time. I've never had much luck with G sites, but never put a whole lot of time into them.

But the real question is, why not get your own hosting plan? Even shared hosting from something like BlueHost ($3.95 / month promo price) is better than the options you have hosting it with G.

Understood. I'm following the guidelines set with the Fatcat eBook. It suggests buying 10 domains and a reseller account. I don't really have an issue with purchasing hosting, not a stranger to it either. I've hosted with Gdaddy so many times but I've never got up off my butt and put in the work for the sites. I'm still working with a budget of almost zero dollars. I'm already doing the keyword research for my 2nd site. I imagine that I'll just get some cheap promo hosting for this next domain and really get started. Using G sites seems easier and user friendly, it feels like working in WP without all of the cool addons.

Why would you host on GoDaddy? Use HostGator or BlueHost

I hosted with Godaddy because in being new to hosting; that was the choice. I also hosted with them because they are my registrar. I've had about 4 domains with them and I let 2 expire. Now that I know I need some type of reseller hosting and domain account, I'm looking for other options per the eBook. Before I got my hands on the eBook, I had restarted a website that I had with WP a year ago. I was/am worried about all the work I put into the site and if it would be safe hosted by big "G". The site pulls about 25 bucks a month without any backlinks. I just found out about Traffic Travis a couple days ago and ran the site through that program. Site made the "A" grade and I bought some backlinks from Fiverr earlier this week. So there has been a lot of effor placed with this first official money site that I've created. It seems like I should start on my next adsense site but this site with Big "G" is always gonna be on my mind.
