Dive in brother! Best advice I can give you is, focus on one type of marketing. Don't be the jack of all, master of none type. Most of the guys I know who make it in this business, hyper focus on one thing and then expand from there (I'm projecting).

Go to lynda.com and check out their courses too...they offer some really good introduction courses (though it will cost you a bit)
