Noob help please

I recently applied for cpa network,and told them that i will run ppc and mail to drive traffic,then they asked me to send a sample of your mail- newsletter.Actually i dont know how to create news letter.i searched in google,but they are asking me to pay for creating newsletter.Can anybody suggest me what to do now?

Just create an informative newsletter yourself thats centered around your niche and gives valuable info.

Send it to your AM, just make sure it's good, since you've already told them about it.
